Return policies

Message Factory warrants that all products manufactured and sold online are free from manufacturing defects. We will gladly replace or refund any defective items. If you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, color or size of an item, you may return it or exchange it for an item of another size or color.

Items that have been laundered or modified in any way may not be accepted for exchange or return. Items purchased from the Message Factory online store cannot be exchanged or returned to Message Factory retailers.

Policy regarding clearance sales

Items from in our LIQUIDATION - FINAL SALE section with special price ending with .99$ cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns and exchanges Canada

  1. Go to returns, you will need your order number to complete your request. For each item that you want to return or exchange, select the reason why. For an exchange, please mention in the comments the new size, color or new item you are looking for.
  2. You already have the return label in the package. We will send you the authorization number (#RA) by email that you must include on the return label. No items will be refunded without an authorization number.
  3. Place the items you want to return in the recycled plastic bag in which they were previously shipped.
  4. Use the unused sticker tape to close the bag and stick the prepaid return label on.
  5. Bring your package to one of Canada Post's offices to ship your return.

In the case of a price difference between items, we will contact you to collect / refund the difference on your credit card. The replacement will be sent to you free of charge.

Returns and exchanges can be made directly at our warehouse in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The refund will be done electronically the next business day.

Items must be received within 20 days of purchase. Returns received after this deadline will receive a credit note via email. Please allow 10 working days for receipt and processing of your return.

Returns USA

  1. Go to returns , you will need your order number to complete your request. For each item that you want to return, select the reason why. If you want an exchange, you must request a refund for the items to be returned and make a new order.
  2. We will e-mail you with a prepaid UPS return label that you will need to print.
  3. Place the items you want to return in the recycled plastic bag in which they were previously shipped.
  4. Use the unused sticker tape to close the bag and stick the prepaid return label on.
  5. Bring your package to one of the UPS drop-off points or schedule a pickup to ship your return.

Items must be received within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after this deadline will receive a credit note via email. Please allow 10 working days for receipt and processing of your return.

Returns International

Returns are at the buyer's expense for international orders. Once a return has been authorized by customer service, items should be shipped at the address below:
