What is Message Factory, the Company of Free Spirits?
We believe that each human being has a unique talent and that his contribution is necessary for the survival of the planet. Our goal is to inspire you to find your mission and encourage you to achieve it. We circulate our messages through joyful and comfortable clothes that we make locally with recycled and organic fibers.
What differentiates Message Factory clothing from other manufacturers?
At Message Factory, we strive to be as consistent as possible between our values and our way of life. It is in this spirit that we choose our fabrics, which are always organic or recycled. We also manufacture locally to be as close as possible to the final consumer. This approach allows us to significantly reduce our impact on the environment. A small step forward!
What do you suggest for garment care?
All our fabrics are of high quality and easy maintenance. Wash in cold water and dry flat. No dryer, no ironing!

I am not sure of what size to buy. What should I do?
Please note that Message Factory sizing scale is one size higher than the europeen standards. Our sizes are equivalent to the American standards. If in spite of the Size Chart you are still in doubt, do not hesitate to write to contact us. We will be pleased to advise you.
What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of ordering for items in stock, Monday through Friday. If your order is placed during the weekend or on statutory holidays, processing will begin on the next business day. Deadlines are 2 to 6 business days depending on the region and shipping service. Please note that the deadlines are longer for British Columbia (up to 14 days). If you need to receive your package within a specified timeframe, contact us so that our team ensures that it is feasible.
Do you offer a warranty?
Message Factory warrants all products offered for sale on the online shop against manufacturing defects without reservation. If you are not satisfied with the shape, quality, color or size of an item, you can return it for an identical item of another color or size for free.
What are the deadlines for an exchange or a return?
You have a period of 20 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item that does not suit you. Returns ar free of charge. To know our return policy click here.
I have not received the refund for my return?
It may take 5 to 10 business days before you see it displayed on your credit card statement. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I know when my order will be delivered?
On-line tracking of your package can be found at www.canadapost.ca. Your tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail with the confirmation of your order. If the tracking of your order indicates that it is delivered but you still do not have it in your possession, contact us.
Can I use the promotional code earned when signing up for the newsletter at the same time as another promotion?
The code obtained during the subscription to the newsletter is valid only on the merchandise at regular price or on sale and has no expiry date. It is not possible to combine two promotions on the same order. It is best to use the most advantageous or the one with an expiration date.
I forgot to enter my promotional code. What can I do?
There is no need to re-order. Write us an email and we will be happy to make a refund for the value of the discount. There may be a delay of 5 to 10 business days before you see the refund.
